Ingredients
Hot Chocolate Base
- 250 ml Milk (1 Cup)
- 2 tbsp Biscoff Spread
- 1 tsp Cocoa Powder (or Hot Chocolate Powder)
Toppings
- Whipped Cream
- 2 Biscoff Biscuits (crushed)
- 1 tbsp Drizzled Biscoff Spread
Instructions
- Heat the Milk: Pour milk into a pan and heat over medium to high heat. Stir occasionally to prevent a skin from forming. Once the milk starts to steam, remove the pan from heat.
- Dissolve Biscoff and Cocoa: Add Biscoff spread and cocoa powder (or hot chocolate powder) to the hot milk. Whisk vigorously until the mixture is smooth and the ingredients are fully dissolved.
- Reheat the Mixture: Return the pan to the stove and heat until the mixture begins to steam and bubble gently, indicating it’s hot enough.
- Serve and Garnish: Pour the hot chocolate into a mug. Top with whipped cream, drizzle with additional Biscoff spread, and sprinkle crushed Biscoff biscuits over the top for added texture and flavor. Enjoy immediately.
Notes
- Use full-fat milk for a creamier texture.
- Adjust the amount of cocoa or hot chocolate powder based on desired chocolate intensity.
- For a dairy-free version, substitute milk with almond, oat, or soy milk.
- Whisking thoroughly helps ensure the Biscoff spread dissolves completely without lumps.
- Can be easily doubled for multiple servings.
