Ingredients
Corn and Butter
- 6-8 Frozen Corn On The Cobs
- 2 Sticks Butter (divided)
Sauces and Seasonings
- 1/4 – 1/2 Cup Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce
- 1-2 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Cheese and Garnish
- 1/4 – 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
- 2 Tablespoons Parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking the corn later.
- Boil Corn: Fill a large pot with water, add 1 stick of butter, and bring to a boil. Add the frozen corn cobs and boil for 5-7 minutes until the kernels are soft and tender.
- Prepare Baking Dish: While corn is boiling, melt the remaining 1 stick of butter and pour it into a baking dish. Once the corn is boiled, transfer the cobs to the baking dish, rolling them in the melted butter to coat thoroughly.
- Season Corn: Season the butter-coated corn evenly on all sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to enhance the flavors.
- Apply Garlic Parmesan Sauce: Generously brush the Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce over each piece of corn, ensuring all sides are coated for maximum flavor infusion.
- Bake Corn: Place the baking dish with the prepared corn on the center rack of the preheated oven. Bake for approximately 10 minutes to let the flavors meld and the sauce set.
- Add Parmesan and Garnish: Remove the corn from the oven, sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the top of each cob, and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!

- The garlic parmesan sauce adds a zesty and creamy flavor; adjust the amount to your taste preference.
- Parmesan cheese should be freshly grated for best texture and flavor.
- Optional parsley garnish adds a fresh and colorful touch.
- This dish can be served as a tasty side for grilled meats or as a snack.
