Delicious and creamy Strawberry Fudge made with smooth white candy melts and sweet strawberry frosting. This easy no-bake treat is perfect for parties and holidays, offering a rich strawberry flavor in bite-sized squares.

  • Total Time: 2 hours (including chilling time)
  • Yield: 24 servings

Ingredients

Fudge Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Strawberry Frosting (1 jar)
  • 12 ounces White Candy Melts (or White Chocolate Chips)
  • Heart shape decorations (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan: Line a 9×9 inch pan with parchment paper or tin foil to ensure easy removal of the fudge after it sets.
  2. Melt the Candy Melts: In a small bowl, microwave the white candy melts on medium power in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely smooth and melted.
  3. Combine with Frosting: Stir the entire jar of strawberry frosting into the melted candy melts until the mixture is fully blended and creamy.
  4. Set the Fudge: Pour the mixture evenly into the prepared pan, spreading it smooth. If desired, sprinkle heart-shaped decorations or other sprinkles on top. Refrigerate the pan until the fudge is completely set and firm, about 1 to 2 hours.
  5. Serve and Store: Once set, cut the fudge into pieces about 5/8 inch thick. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 10 days to maintain freshness.

Notes

  • For thicker fudge pieces, double the recipe and use a larger or deeper pan.
  • White chocolate chips can be substituted for candy melts if preferred.
  • Decorate with heart shapes or sprinkles to make the fudge festive and perfect for special occasions.
  • Use parchment paper or tin foil to make removal easier and minimize mess.
  • Keep the fudge refrigerated to prevent melting and preserve texture.
